This spring the denim needs to be raw. Not washed, not bleached like we know it from past seasons, but in the purest and darkest material. One of the good things with the raw denims are in fact that you’re not supposed to wash them at all – but lets be honest after a couple of months you do. I really like the dark and dry color of this denim and for the new season I wouldn’t mind wearing raw denim from top till toe.

The Dorothee Schumacher FW 2015 show was presented in a beautiful house called Villa Elisabeth in Berlin. The wooden walls and floors worked perfectly together with the collection, that had many 70′s references. The warm orange and red colors was stunningly eye-catching and added a feminine twist to the raw denim, knee- boots and biker-details.

I went for a pretty minimalistic and yet feminine look with a belted A-line skirt together with a touched in crispy white jacket and matching shoes.

When I was in Paris we did a bit of “light testing” before we started filming – I was wearing one of my favorite items from my last collection with Envii, which is this sweater..it is casual but yet still feminine with the V-neck detail. I always wear it during weekends together with a pair of loose jeans and sneakers, that is probably why you’ve never seen me wearing before ( I’m declaring my weekends sacred). Check out Sofi and Anines for their picks!

Yesterday late afternoon I finally arrived to Berlin ( delayed flights sucks) and rushed to a fitting before an intimate dinner together with Dorothee Schumacher at Pauly Saal. It was such a beautiful and cosy evening – I was amazed how calm Dorothee was the night before her big show – such a power woman! The dress code didn’t say “cropped top and volume-skirts” , but we both had the same styling in mind, which was fun to talk about! Stay tuned for updates from the show..

Speaking about German brands and designers, one to watch is Tomas Maier, who is Creative Director at Bottega Veneta. He started his own brand, Tomas Maier, back in 1997 and has the past few seasons created more awareness with his collections by creating simple and luxurious casual wear that last for seasons. His pieces are finally available in Copenhagen at Holly Golightly – that’s where I spotted this perfect denim dress. I really like the defined waist belt and stitchings in the raw denim material – so versatile with a turtleneck underneath and flats for everyday use or more simply with a pair of killer heals for a night out.
